AuditSales Audit. Benchmark. Automate — on the stack you already own.
Click Shift's sales-performance auditing practice, with free diagnostic tools built around four speed metrics.

01 — The brief
The problem it solves
Slow sales funnels look like effort problems and almost always turn out to be process problems: how fast leads get a reply, how quickly they're qualified, how long a quote takes, how long the close takes.
AuditSales is Click Shift's own sales-auditing practice. The site had to explain four speed metrics simply and give B2B teams a way to measure themselves before talking to anyone.
02 — What we built
Features that do real work.
Free 3-Minute Audit
Eight questions that produce a sales-performance scorecard.
Funnel Walk
Eight questions that compare your funnel with benchmarks for 30 industries and end in “do these three things”. Results can be shared by link.
Mystery Shopping Audit
Real enquiries into your team and two or three competitors, measured the way a buyer experiences them.
Audit catalogue
Fifteen numbered audits, each ending in a list of automations to build.
Calculators inside guides
For example, a “what abandonment costs you” calculator inside the e-commerce checkout audit guide.
03 — How it's put together
Structure
Services, one page per speed metric, guides grouped by funnel stage and channel, tools and templates — every route leads to a free diagnostic first.
Under the hood
- Next.js on Netlify, with Netlify Forms and honeypot spam protection
- Schema: Organization, Service and WebSite sitewide; Article and FAQPage on guides; WebApplication on the Funnel Walk
- Benchmarks cite their sources and say plainly when a study is old
Details that matter
- The Funnel Walk explains its own maths (“the numbers are exact arithmetic”)
- “No handoffs”: every message goes straight to Dave
- A dark “ink, bone and signal” visual system built for data
Lead generation by being useful first: the tools give a B2B team a real number to act on, and the conversation starts from that number.
